After installing both the server and the clients the server is not showing any of the clients connected and the clients are showing disconnected?
After installing the clients you'll have to set the IP address of the server on all the clients that needs to be connected to the server before the clients can be connected to the server and show connected on the clients.

Launching the server after installation I was not able to do anything, like restart a machine, kill timer and so on?
The first thing you need to do after installing the server is to login with the default User ID-admin, Password-admin and in the dialog box choose admin and click Submit to login. You can change your password at anytime you feel like.

What should I do after installing the server?
Click on server from the Menu and click on Register to register the software with the software company. A registration code will be given to you which you can use to view/monitor your cafe floor from anywhere and at anytime. After installing the server you'll need to login with the default User ID, Password from the login dialog box. "admin". Then click on Submit to login.

What is "Send message" used for?
The Send Message is used to send message(s) from the server to the clients. A message cannot be more than 150 letters. After you must have typed in your message click on "Send Msg" button to send message to the clients that are connected. That is, those clients that logged in using a ticket.

How do I create ticket and also set my own duration and time?
To create ticket you must first of all configure your ticket settings. Click on Settings on the menu bar and select Configure. A dialog box will be displayed. Click on the Ticket tab. Set the duration(time) of ticket you want to create, either for hour(s) or minutes, specify the price and the validity for that duration of ticket and click new. This duration of ticket you just created will be added to the duration of time you have for the durations. You can create as many durations as possible at a time. After creating the durations and setting the prices, click on Create Ticket from the icon list and click on New Batch Ticket to create your ticket. Specify the number of tickets you want to print, select a duration from the list of durations, click on Grant All and click on the Create button. Clicking on the Create button will pop up a message asking if you want to proceed to create ticket, click Yes. Click Back. Select the batch of ticket you just created (It will be the first on the list) and click on Export Batch button. This will pop open a box that will ask you to open. Type the file name, specify the file type, that is, the application you want to use to open your ticket batch e.g. Ms Word, Ms Excel; right-click inside the saved files, select New and select a file based on the application or file type you chose, rename the file to the duration you are exporting (for reference purpose) and click on open. This will open the batch of ticket with the application you have chosen. Then print.

Root Element Missing [showing on the 3wgate server]?
This error occurs when the settings file used by the server is corrupted. Download another template of this settings file and use in overiting the corrupted version on the 3wgate server machine.
